Highway Bawaal — Privacy Policy

Summary

The game has no accounts, no ads and no advertising trackers, and does not collect your name, phone number or email. What leaves your phone: anonymous usage counts, feedback you choose to send, and the Bawaal Pass details described below.

What stays on your phone

Your game progress (cash, bike upgrades, unlocked stages, best positions, your current "Badla" rival and sound settings) is saved only in your device's local app storage. It never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

Feedback you choose to send

If you tap "Raay dein" and send feedback, we receive the star rating, the text you write and the number of days you have played. If you tick "my feedback and first name may be shown on the website", we also keep your first name (only the first word) and may show your feedback with that first name on our website. Without the tick, your feedback is never shown publicly. Feedback is stored on our server; to stop counting abuse we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and install ID for one day only.

Anonymous usage counts

To learn where players get stuck, the game sends a few simple steps (for example "opened", "finished the first level", "came back the next day"), whether you use the website or the Play app, and where you came from (for example a search engine, our guide pages or Product Hunt). It uses a random install ID created on your phone; our server keeps only a short one-way hash of it. No name, phone number, email or IP address is stored with these counts, and they are only used in totals.

Bawaal Pass

Buying on our website: when you buy Bawaal Pass at games.atmaloop.com/bawaal/pass (our games website), we collect your name, mobile number and optional email to create the order and send you your code. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see your card or UPI details. We keep the order record to restore lost codes and for tax and accounting.

Unlocking in the app: when you enter a code, the app sends the code and a random install ID (created by the game, not linked to your name or phone) to our server, so one code can be limited to 3 phones. Nothing else is sent.

We do not sell or share this data with anyone except our payment processor.

Deleting your data

Game progress is stored only on your phone; uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. To delete the install IDs linked to your Bawaal Pass code, or your website order details, email support@atmaloop.com with your code or order ID. We delete them within 30 days, except order records we must keep for tax and accounting law. To delete feedback you sent, email the same address with the date and roughly what you wrote; we delete it within 30 days. Usage counts cannot be linked back to you, so they cannot be looked up per person.

Sharing

When you tap "WhatsApp pe batao", the game opens your phone's own share sheet with a short text about your race. Nothing is sent unless you choose an app and send it yourself.

Permissions

The app uses vibration for hit feedback (you can turn it off in the menu) and keeps the screen awake during a race. It does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13.
